Zone one consists of 5 covered workshops, a storage yard and a concrete batching plant.

5 covered workshops enhance good quality and prompt production programme under all weather conditions.

We are capable to manufacture 25 building blocks worth of precast products at the same time,
i.e. handling min. 100 moulds with daily output of over 700 tons.

Each workshop is well equipped with adequate facilities.
It is capable to produce precast elements for both building and civil works.

Zone Two casting yard and storage yard cover 25,000m2.
It satisfies production and storage requirements for infrastructure projects.

Bridge segments are cast by continuous “Match Casting” method. The segment geometry is closely monitored with a computerized “geometrical control system”. The data is used to adjust the mould for casting the subsequence unit
